SANITATION:
All manicure and pedicure equipment, tubs, and chairs are thoroughly sanitized in compliance with North Carolina State Board of Cosmetology.


APPOINTMENTS:

Please call us at 704-595-7078 to book appointments. By calling us, someone can immediately tend to you with no delay and secure a time slot for you. We will NO longer accept Yelp requests or Facebook message requests for appointments because most times we cannot respond as fast as you may like. Sorry for any inconvenience. 


ARRIVALS:
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow plenty of time to park your car and check in. 


LATE ARRIVALS:

Appointments will be held for 10 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a "NO SHOW" and the appointment may be given away to clients on our wait list. 


CANCELLATION:

​Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Please note that cancellations can only be made through voice verification.  


GROUP BOOKINGS FOR 6 PEOPLE OR MORE:

In accordance to this policy, we will require a credit card on hold in order for us to secure your appointment time slot. We must have a security measure in order to ensure that you will honor that appointment. We will not charge your card unless you default the cancellation policy. All missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled services amount. This also applies to same day group booking appointments. All missed appointments and last minute cancellations during the week of a Holiday will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled services amount. For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on hold, there is an option to come into the salon and pay a 20% deposit on the appointments you wish to book.



We do not offer refunds on products, services, or gift cards.

All sales and gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. 



At Tiptoe we value our customers and our work. In the event that something should happen to your nails within 3 days that need a fix, please contact us immediately so it can be taken care of.
