​Policies & Procedures


It is our goal to provide our clients with the best possible service. In order to do that we ask for your cooperation and have provided the information below for your comfort and benefit.

UPDATES DURING CORONAVIRUS:
- A face covering mask will be required during your services.
- No other guests can accompany you in our salon unless they are receiving services.

 SANITATION:
All manicure and pedicure equipment, tubs, and chairs are thoroughly sanitized, disinfected, and sterilized in compliance with North Carolina State Board of Cosmetology.

 APPOINTMENTS:
Please call us at 704-595-7078 to book appointments. By calling us, someone can immediately tend to you with no delay and secure a time slot for you. We will NO longer accept Yelp requests or Facebook message requests for appointments because most times we cannot respond as fast as you may like. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

CANCELLATION:​
Your appointments are very important to us; it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Please note that cancellations can only be made through voice verification only.


 ARRIVALS:
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow plenty of time to park your car and check in. If we are running a few minutes behind on your scheduled appointment you will be notified during check in. 

 LATE ARRIVALS:
If you are late for your appointment, you will be a walk in.

 PARTIES OF 6 OR MORE:
Parties of 6 or more will require a credit card on hold to secure an appointment time slot. We respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you fail to let us know in advance of any cancellations it will result in a charge to your card for 50% of the service total of the cancelled services.

 At Tiptoe we value our customers and our work. In the event that something should happen to your nails within 3 days that requires a repair, please contact us immediately so it can be handled accordingly. 

We do not offer refunds on products, services, or gift cards.
All sales and gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. 

Please note we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Children may not be left unattended at anytime.
